FAQs1. How do I make a purchase?Browse the site and select the items you wish to purchase. When you have selected an item, you can then choose the colour or size of the shoe. Once this has been selected, you then 'add to cart'. You can view all your items in your shopping cart located by clicking on it at the top right of the page. Once you have finished, you will then need to follow the checkout procedure. 2. Do I need to register to place an order?No, we have a quick checkout option, which allows you to place your order without registration. 3. What payment methods can I use online?London Rebel accepts PayPal, all major cards including, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta & Maestro Credit cards and also debit cards.4. How do I return an item?Contact us on our telephone number 01992 710 444 between 9.30am and 5.00pm weekdays and our friendly advisers will explain the return procedures or you can alternatively contact us via e-mail, info@londonrebel.co.uk. Once we have been contacted, we will then provide you with an authorisation number. Once this has been provided, you can then return the item. Unworn footwear can be returned to the following address: Unit 6 IO Centre, Lea Road, Waltham Abbey, EN9 1AS. Please address to LondonRebel.co.uk Returns. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund or a replacement. We regret that post and packing charges cannot be refunded. Any claim by you that any footwear is defective or not of satisfactory quality, must be notified to us by telephone, e-mail or letter within 7 days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 7 days after discovery or 30 days after dispatch by us, whichever is the earlier. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval. If you make a valid claim under paragraph 10, we shall replace the ordered goods in question free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund in full the payment made in respect of such goods, but we shall have no further liability for such failure or defect. Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the ordered goods in question having been returned to us. 5. How do I exchange an item?To exchange an item, contact us either, info@londonrebel.co.uk or you can call us on 01992 710 444 between 9:30am and 5:00pm weekdays. Once an exchange has been authorised, we will have to charge for the postage, once the postage has been paid for, the goods will be posted out. 6. What are the delivery options?We have the following: i) Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - (Signed for, goods will take 2-3 days to be delivered) ii) Interlink Express Delivery - (Next Day by 3PM, orders must be received by 1PM for the order to be despatched the same day otherwise the order will be dispatched the next working day) iii) Airmail - Airmail to any state in the USA, Airmail to all countries outside of UK. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 7 Days, sometimes however it may take slightly longer. 7. How can I track my parcel?Once goods have been dispatched, you will be notified with a tracking number in which you can track your item.
